GIRLS GYMNASTICS
Ages 6+
Girls Beginner (GBY)
THIS 55-MINUTE CLASS IS FOR BEGINNER AGES 6+. The class begins by INCORPORATING CARDIO, FLEXIBILITY, AND STRENGTH INTO a WARM-UP and stretch. Followed by three 15 minute rotations which can include vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline or tumble track.
The students will work on basic gymnastics skills while focusing on learning the proper form and technique needed to advance their skills. Each class is just a little bit different as our coaches teach in a way best suited for the students in each class.
Girls Intermediate (GIY)
THIS 55-MINUTE CLASS IS FOR intermediate girls AGES 6+ that have learned the basic skills from our beginner class and have been approved by a coach to move up.
The class begins by INCORPORATING CARDIO, FLEXIBILITY, AND STRENGTH INTO THEIR WARM-UP and stretch. followed by three 15 minute rotations, vault, bars, beam and floor and trampoline.
Our intermediate classes will continue to work through basic gymnastics skills and incorporating harder more advanced skills. They will work on things like round-off, bridge kick over, pull over & back hip circles on the bar, and cart wheels and handstands on the beam. On the trampoline and tumble track they will work on front hand springs, front flips back hand springs, a various jumps.
Girls Advanced (GAE)
GIRLS WHO HAVE ACHIEVED PROFICIENCY IN THE INTERMEDIATE CLASS AND HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY A COACH TO MOVE INTO THE ADVANCED CLASS.

THE FOCUS IS ADVANCING THROUGH THE USA GYMNASTICS SKILL PROGRESSIONS. Our advanced students will work on both gymnastics skills and strength and conditioning drills.
